This privacy policy outlines the types of personal data we collect and how we ensure the security of your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).


The data we collect about you

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We process information provided that will best enable the search and recruitment process. 

This data is refined and retained for:

  • Specific candidate searches for contractual vacancies listed and advised on by our clients

  • Identifying and matching a CV/resume for contractual open roles that we are working on for the best suitability for a position

  • Direct communication via email or phone on an opportunity that we feel is relevant for you

  • Speculative introduction to clients for a contractual opportunities agreed by a client by sending your CV/ resume which we would have spoken and had your consent to do so

  • Providing any information you might be enquiring on

  • Verifying reference checks you have provided

  • If requested by regulatory or law enforcement agencies, we may need to release personal information

  • Client maintenance for up-to-date addresses and emails

We only will only disclose or introduce your profile/ information to a client or third party without your consent.
